Who knew there was an easier way to go about cutting a watermelon to share? I came across this method online, and since I got a beautiful Sugar Baby in the CSA basket this weekend, I’m sharing this technique with you.
1. Using a large knife, cut watermelon in half and face cut side down.
2. Cut 1 to 1-1/2 inch slices.
3. Rotate the cutting board and cut 1 to 1-1/2 inch slices the other direction, keeping the watermelon in tact.
4. Serve!
You and your guests will enjoy lots of sticky-free smiles!
